Chef Giorgio’s menu begins with a fresh salad of local lettuces, followed by your choice of Florida Keys honey-glazed ham or slow-roasted turkey breast. Seasonal sides like sweet potato-yukon mash, green beans almondine, and roasted cornbread stuffing bring warmth and tradition to the table, all topped off with a decadent dessert.
